MM Glider Tech presents the 2 meter Grand Illusion.
It's the larger version of the Illusion HLG.
The kit is a basic built up wing with a double tapered wing tip.
The wing construction also includes a split spoiler top and bottom. The airfoil we chose is the SD7084 with seems to perform very well to cover distance and also slow down for maximum lift. |

| The Grand Illusion accepts standard sized radio equipment with 2 to 4 channels. The Grand Illusion's split spoiler is perfect to slow you down with no elevator compensation. The wing spar construction is 3/16" x 3/8" spruce wood with 1/16" plywood and balsa shear webs. The fuselage is built up with a combination of light plywood and balsa. The tail is also built up with an optional combination split or standard rudder construction. | |||||||||||||||||
