Merlin

The Merlin is a versatile airplane that can do almost anything. It thermals great for hand launch and high start launching. It flies super on light lift slopes. The Merlin is made with a durable ABS Polystyrene vacuum formed pod. It has a built up wing and a solid balsa tail for quick and simple construction. The Merlin requires a radio with micro or mini servos and a small sized receiver.
The wing uses a SD3010 airfoil. The boom is made of a fiberglass aeroshaft for strength and durability. Building time is about 12 to 15 hours.
The Merlin is available in kit form. The kit includes machined cut parts, a parts bag, instructions, and a full size blueprint plan.
